Most often we will have the answers to your questions. If not, we would love to learn more. As an environmental services provider, we know there is always something new that arises. So by constantly learning and improving our processes and products, we can better serve our clients.
How can we make the compactor room smell better?
We have vaporizer scent diffuser machines that eliminate odours and leaves a pleasant smelling fragrance. Our Compactor/Chute Cleaning service should also be considered to totally suppress those garbage odours.
Can you provide a "welcome" scent similar to big chain hotels for our newly renovated hotel lobby?
Yes, we have a trained ambient scent specialist that can help determine the fragrance that will create or enhance the brand qualities associated with your hotel.
Our garbage (or recycle/organic) bins smell. Do you have something for this?
Yes, our Granules product. It’s a bio-degradable volcanic rock compound that eliminates odours, soaks up the leachate (garbage fluids) and has a subtle fragrance. The best part is, it doesn’t clump up or stick to the bins so it gets thrown out along with the rest of the garbage.
We have bad odours in our building but only on some hallways. Can you help with that?
Several factors contribute to this problem. Having no compactor room odour control systems, negative air pressure in the chutes, poor airflow, etc. An assessment or site check would be required to investigate the cause of your odour problem. We provide this service to you for free.
I have allergies and am sensitive to odours. Can your fragrances affect me?
Our fragrances are hypoallergenic, with an average scent effect that is less than 1 ppm (parts per million) and is compliant with the IFRA (International Fragrance Association) standards. The threshold for the chance of triggering an allergic reaction is usually between 40-100 PPM.
Our garbage chutes smell. Is there a product that we can use to combat this?
Yes, our Cleaner/Degreaser product would be ideal for your chutes and chute wash-down system. We also have a Chute/Compactor Cleaning service that uses a 3000 PSI power washing unit. This combination really cleans the accumulated and caked-on dirt on the chute and compactors’ surfaces yet is gentle enough to not cause damage.
